Ready stock dispatches within about 3 business days following bench QC. If production is required, scheduling is up to 15 business days; final completion and dispatch timing are confirmed by order quantity and current workshop capacity. Sample orders are paid in full. Wholesale orders of 20+ pieces use a 50% deposit, with the balance due after pre-shipment review and before dispatch. Transit breakage must be reported within 48 hours with photos or video; after verification, XUJIE arranges replacement of the damaged product.
